In Syllabus for IBPS Specialist Officer (I.T.) , generally the basics of computer science are advised to prepare. Some important topics are
1. Database Management (DBMS)
3. Network Security
4. Web Technologies
5. Programming concepts (Basics)
6. Basic hardware (Microprocessor, timer, ALU etc)
But almost 70-80% of the questions will be asked from the first 2 topics. So you should try to gain through knowledge on these 2 topics. DBMS is the most important topic and you should cover everything that you were tought in your graduation. A few important chapters are Key concept, normalization (atleast upto 5th nf), concurrency control and serialization. database design, oracle basic concepts, tree protocol, 2 phase locking, data warehouse and data mining concept.
